And It Just So Happens (Ruth 1:19-2:13)

Have you ever wondered if God was there? Perhaps you’ve experienced hard thing after hard thing. Perhaps you’re so busy you don’t have time to stop. In our day to day, we don’t always feel, see, or hear God.

In this chapter of Ruth, Naomi is in the pit of despair and Ruth, her daughter-in-law, is doing everything she can to ensure they survive. it’s an, “Are you there, God” crisis.

It turns out, even though God doesn't act or speak directly, God is often concretely present in the “and it just so happened” moments.
